Grounding Exercise

Hello beautiful beings!
I know that being in quarantine can leave many of us feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from life. From each other.

This is an exercise that always helps me to stay grounded and connected with the earth and source again. It helps alleviate my anxieties and fears, and come into a better place of understanding and surrender, no matter what I may be facing. I hope it finds you well and encourages you to try for yourself or with your quarantine crew! When we choose to love ourselves and come into the present, we take back our power, no matter the circumstances we are in. We can do anything.
