I wanted to start the week off with another tasty smoothie recipe 😊 not only is this recipe delicious, but it is packed with some of my favorite circulatory healers.
After I drink this smoothie, I always feel a major boost of energy, mind, body, and spirit!
To make, you will need:
1/2 banana, I sometimes use whole 🙂
4 frozen strawberries
3 frozen peaches
1 inch chunk of ginger root, chopped
1/4 cup beet juice
1/2 cup pure tart cherry juice (no added sugars or ingredients)
1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
If you are not using frozen produce, no worries! Just add a few ice cubes and blend 😊
Also, when consuming smoothies, I always recommend taking the time to fully enjoy and be present with these healers. They are a gift and so are you!
