Sunshine Meditation

This is a short sunshine meditation I like to do every morning. I usually do it for 5-10 minutes in the morning before my other meditations, but you are welcome to set any time limit you’d like!

With the cloudier skies arriving in the Pacific Northwest, I figured it would be a good time to share a great way to bring the light in. The sunshine 🙂
