Healing warmth 💕

Hello everyone! I have an easy healing tea drink for you! This is something I like to do when I want my body to warm up and slip into relaxation. All the ingredients are natural healers 🙏🏽

One tea bag of your choice! (The fun part!)

Slice of ginger root

1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Place all in your favorite cup and add boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes! If you like a sweeter drink, feel free to add some raw honey which also has its own health benefits!

Don’t forget to add a good book and allow yourself at least 10 minutes to be in your heart space ✨

I always keep a nice jar of lemon juice in my fridge for smoothies and tea.

Lemon juice has a great amount of vitamin C, calcium, and potassium. It’s a natural detoxifier, balances the Ph balance in the body, and these are just to name a few!

Ginger reduces inflammation, improves circulation and can aid in relieving stress! It always helps me when I have an upset or unsettled stomach.
