This vegan soup is one of my favorites to make during the week. It varies in ingredients depending on the produce I use, but this soup is incredibly healing! By consistently eating these healers, you will begin to notice some incredible benefits! Infinite love and abundance to all of you who are on a journey of physical, mental, and spiritual healing; you are almost there!

5 cloves of garlic (reduces blood pressure, improves cholesterol, reduces cold symptoms and is a powerful antioxidant.)
6 Red thumb potatoes (contain zinc, iron, vitamin C, copper, fiber and potassium)
Sprig of rosemary (improves digestion, helps blood circulation, boosts immune system, anti inflammatory and anti oxidant)
3 carrots (improves skin, great for cardiovascular health, improves digestion, visit and premature aging)
1 ear of corn, cooked half way (manages diabetes, protects heart, protects body from cancer, prevents anemia)
1 head of broccoli (great source of magnesium, anti inflammatory, cancer prevention, supports a healthy heart)
Tablespoon of Turmeric (helps depression, anti inflammatory, improves brain function, is being studied in its prevention and treatment of cancer and Alzheimer’s.)
1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
2 Tablespoons Cumin, also depends on your taste! (helps to boost immune system and aid in digestion.)
Box of Vegetable Broth (4 Cups)
Tofu (Optional)
Place all veggies (no tofu or broth) into slow cooker
add 1/4 cup water and cover
Cook on Low for 30 minutes
Turn on high, add broth and tofu
Cook 2 hours
